Do justice for my salvation is near

In Isaiah, chapter fifty-six, verses one through two, “Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.” Justice and righteousness are the fruit of salvation, directly linked to the influence of God’s kingdom; they cannot be separated.
The Lord tells us His expectations of duty from us. Be honest and just in all dealings. Also, strictly observe the sabbath day. To have the blessing of God upon employments all the week, make conscience of keeping the sabbath holy. Have nothing to do with sin. Blessed is the man that keeps his hand from all things displeasing to God and hurtful to his own soul. Those who, through the Spirit, wait for the hope of righteousness by faith, will be found walking in ways of holy obedience.
There is an old saying, “honesty is the best policy.” In other words, honesty is the most honorable and fulfilling way to live one’s life. Telling the truth is better than lying, even when it is hard to do at times. Honesty is not easy or comfortable either, but compared to the alternatives of lying, deception, or half-truths, honesty produces superior long-term results.
The believer who strives to do justice in all areas of life will have opposition from the enemy and his cohorts. The devil will attempt to persuade people from living godly and righteously, especially the servants of God who teach the Word of God in the church. Satan will attempt to frustrate those who desire to do good in accomplishing the will of God.
