Every Knee shall bow

In Isaiah, chapter forty-five, verse twenty-three, “I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.” The verses in Romans fourteen, verse eleven, “For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God,” and Philippians two, ten to eleven, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father,” show that although not every person turns to the Lord in true repentance during this life, all people will one day, either voluntarily or involuntarily, bow before Christ and confess that He is Lord.
In the Old Testament, Elijah, on Mount Carmel, represented the living God, declared in First Kings eighteen, verse twenty-one, “How long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.” The prophets of Baal had no response to Elijah, the servant of God. The Spirit of the living God within a believer will give a word in the moment when facing adversity because there is no rehearsal of what to say when the Spirit of God is present and within a believer. The prophets of Baal went first to demonstrate their God in verse twenty-six of the same chapter. They called on Baal from morning until noon, “O Baal, hear us, But there was no voice, nor any that answered, and they that leapt upon the altar which was made.” God must hear and respond.
