Man despiseth the nation abhorreth

In Isaiah, chapter forty-nine, verse seven, “Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.” The Father is the Lord, the Redeemer, and Holy One of Israel, as sending the Son to be the Redeemer. Man, whom he came to save, put contempt upon him. To this, He submitted for our salvation. For us, previously born and living in sin, God made us and knew us as we began our lives, and yet we did not know Him as we became mature, knowing the difference between good and evil.
Christ would be despised and hated by many, as in chapter fifty-three, verse three, “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.” Jesus Christ would be hated and rejected by its rulers instead of being accepted. The Son of God would experience great suffering, pain, disappointment, and grief during His mission to lead people to salvation.
Likewise, all who follow Jesus will likely experience a measure of suffering and rejection. “Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you,” as in First John three, verse thirteen. Nothing good and truthful will come easily to accept. To understand this clearly, when a person gains something new that may seem quite surprising to others in public, the response will not be encouraging as if they were to achieve something simple. Especially, the public, knowing the person’s ways prior, and now suddenly different?
