Whom shall I send

In Isaiah, chapter six, verse eight, “Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” Only after receiving his cleansing was Isaiah commissioned as a prophet. This passage reminds us of the Great Commission of our risen Lord to proclaim the gospel of salvation to the entire world, as in Matthew twenty-eight, verses eighteen through twenty. If that command to go out grips our hearts, we must respond in the same way as Isaiah did, “Here am I; send me.”
A prophet is someone chosen by God to speak for Him. This godly position is not a job but a calling that the individual received from the Lord. God selects that person based on a holy life lived before Him, as He witnesses. A servant who speaks the truth from the Word of God and leads the church by the Holy Spirit. A prophet is like an usher, elder, deacon, bishop, and pastor all rolled up into one unique servant; This position is the highest a leader can attain before God.
Therefore, the prophet must maintain a consistent prayer life and read the Word of God. This leader will encounter all forms of temptation that they must overcome and remain steadfast in the carnal challenges. However, today, believers do not have to be prophets to be used by God. Simply living before Him as an example will resonate and affect the public one way or another. Those who serve God deeply will be used by Him in His way that He leads. God knows the circumstances of each believer in every country where the believer is, and will grant direction on how by the Holy Spirit. “Here am I, send me!
