Ye shall be gathered

In Isaiah, chapter twenty-seven, verses twelve through thirteen, at the end of time, a remnant of God’s chosen people will accept Christ as the Messiah and will gather in His nation to worship the Lord.
The city of God repeatedly rejected Jesus’ message. Therefore, in sorrow as in Matthew twenty-three, verses thirty-seven to thirty-eight, Christ must withdraw and would not be seen by His people again until they acknowledge their offense and call for the Messiah to come as their Deliverer. This will only occur when God’s people experience the dreadful days of the tribulation and are in their greatest peril. When the people of God go through intense tribulation at the end of the age, as in Amos nine, verse nine, the nations of the world will gather against that nation, and two-thirds of them will be lost. At the point when they are nearly destroyed, the remnant will turn to repentance and mourning.
God’s rejection of His people is only partial and temporary. They will eventually accept God’s salvation in Christ. The number of God’s chosen people will greatly increase during the dark days of the tribulation. The tribulation will end when Christ brings deliverance to the believers in His chosen people and destroys the remaining unbelieving ones. All rebels will be rooted out. The believing remnant of His chosen, which are the survivors at the end of this age, and the faithful in the chosen antion of past generatiosnconstitute all of them.
The vision of the revived ones will be fulfilled at the time of His people’s restoration, not only physically but spiritually. This restoration was initially fulfilled in the time of Cyrus, but it will be fully realized only when God gathers them to their land in the end time and a great spiritual awakening occurs.
