Touch not mine anointed

In Psalms, chapter one hundred and five, verse fifteen, in this context, the anointed ones are Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph, as in verses nine, ten, and seventeen of this theme chapter. However, we may not conclude from this verse that we should give heed to every person who claims to be one.
The theme verse and title are significant, and the men mentioned at the beginning are examples of God’s anointed. However, many today self-proclaim religious claim to the public that God anoints them. How? Only God could anoint, and no one else. No flesh can do this. And this can only be done by His Spirit with confirmation from another who serves God in Spirit and truth.
Abraham is the first mentioned in the New Testament, in Romans four, verse three, “For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.” The first thing is his belief: not in himself but in the Lord. “Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham, as in Galatians three, verses seven. “So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham,” as in Galatians three, verse nine.
Isaac is also mentioned in the New Testament in Galatians four, verse twenty-eight, “Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.” Isaac was a man who spent time with God. In the first part of Genesis twenty-four, verse sixty-three, “And Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide.” To be anointed, a servant of God must spend considerable time with Him to eventually become one. How else can a person be something if they do not put in the time?
Jacob is the third mentioned in the New Testament at the beginning of Matthew one, verse two, “Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob.”
“By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff,” as in Hebrews eleven, verse twenty-one. Jacob inherited the same qualities as both Isaac and Abraham and his faith was proven in his final days. The offspring will have the living experience of walking in the ways of other family members before them. Living by faith is a requirement by God to be anointed.
Joseph also mentioned. In the New Testament, Acts seven, verse nine, “And the patriarchs moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but God was with him.” Then in verse thirteen of Acts, “And at the second time Joseph was made known to his brethren; and Joseph’s kindred was made known unto Pharaoh.” Then in verse fourteen, “Then sent Joseph, and called his father Jacob to him, and all his kindred, threescore and fifteen souls.” Joseph’s enduring faith is a testimony of an anointed one.
Touching the anointed ones is saying things that are not right before God about them which the Lord takes personally. To be anointed takes faith, overcoming trials, and testings in life proven by these men.
