In Isaiah, chapter eleven, verses ten through sixteen, the final days of the Messianic kingdom will be preceded by the regathering of God’s chosen people who have accepted Jesus Christ as the Messiah. This restoration of God’s nation and Judah will involve the faithful remnant that is left, as in Deuteronomy thirty, verses three to five, Jeremiah thirty-one, verses one, eight, and ten, also Ezekiel thirty-nine, verses twenty-two, and twenty-eight, respectively. There will be a gathering to the Messiah, as in Jeremiah twenty-three, verses five through eight, Ezekiel thirty-seven, verses twenty-one to twenty-five, a total cleansing for the nation of God, as in Deuteronomy thrity, verses three through six, Jeremiah thirty-two, verses thirty-seven to forty-one, and Ezekiel eleven, verses seventeen to twenty, accordingly.
In that day, there will be blessing and prosperity in the land, as in Jeremiah thirty-one, verses eight, ten, twelve to thirteen, and twenty-eight, Jeremiah thirty-two, verses thirty-seven to forty-one, Ezekiel twenty-eight, verses twenty-five to twenty-six, Ezekiel thirty-nine, verses twenty-five through twenty-nine, and Amos nine, verses eleven to fifteen, and blessing for all people, Gentiles and God’s chosen people, as in Isaiah fifty-five, verses thee to five, Isaiah sixty, verses one to five, ten to fourteen, Jeremiah sixteen, verses fifteen, nineteen through twenty-one, Zechariah two, verses ten to twelve, and Micah four, verses one to four, respectively. There will be judgment on the ungodly as in Jeremiah twenty-five, verses twenty-nine to thirty-three, Joel three, verses one to two, twelve through fourteen, and ultimate restoration in “the latter days.”
In that day, it will be the day of Thanksgiving for God’s salvation, which is the theme title for these theme verses.
