God will be our guide

In Psalms, chapter forty-eight, verse fourteen, the Lord has committed Himself to be the believer’s faithful and constant guide throughout life, in the experience of death and beyond death to the eternal home where we will be with Him forever, as in John fourteen, verses one through three, First Thessalonians four, verse seventeen, and Revelation twenty-one, verse three, respectively. True believers in Christ need not fear death when it comes. They know that God has a purpose for their living and that death is simply the end of their earthly mission and the beginning of a better life with Christ.
The theme title is “God will be our guide.” However, He will only be the leader in our lives if we let Him. Many people of God get into awkward situations because they fail to include God in their meetings. Some decide to go ahead and make their decisions without praying or checking with God first and find themselves in unfortunate circumstances that they did not expect. God can only be our guide if we ask and allow Him to direct our path. In Proverbs three, verse five, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”
All humans will experience death at some point. How and when? Only God knows. However, while living, we should appreciate all the things He has done up until today. Some people do not get to see another day, but we are here and should be thankful.
No matter what situation we are facing right now, God can turn things around. All we have to do is ask Him. “Almighty God, I need your help. This situation I find myself in is not good. I acknowledge my faults, and I am asking you for guidance. Thank you, Lord, Amen.
