All we like sheep have gone astray

In Isaiah, chapter fifty-three, verse six, “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” Every person at one time or another has preferred following his or her own selfish and sinful way to obeying God’s righteous commandments; we are all guilty, and therefore we all need Christ to die in our place.
Whether a believer or not, each person has created their path of life that has led them to where they are now. Either following the righteousness that leads to God and eventually knowing Him, or following the ways of society to engage in sin and the powers of darkness. Adam and Eve, in the third chapter of Genesis, did not keep or maintain the instructions from God, and were deceived by the serpent, who works for the enemy, which is Satan himself.
All of us are like sheep gone astray because, at some point, we did hear the Word of the Lord at different stages in life through various people or dissimilar devices, and did not receive it. Then again, maybe we did, but the word that came into our hearts at the time was stolen away by something else. This is how the devil works, using his demons in an attempt to control or keep people away from serving God in the right way. However, some believers listened and served God by obeying His Word, but the enemy put such pressure on these saints to fail or fall away. Remember Matthew thirteen, verses one through nine?
Enoch walked with God. Elijah, Abraham, David, and Moses are examples of people who served God to the end. It might not be easy, but with God, all things are possible.
