In that day (part 2)

In Isaiah, chapter twelve, verses one through six, God’s people will praise Him when the universal reign of the Messiah begins. Even now, we must pray for and anticipate in faith and hope the return of our Lord and the establishment of His eternal reign in righteousness. When that day comes, we will sing this song of praise.
“In that day” is the theme title, under the “Thanksgiving for God’s salvation” section, where saints of God should continue in devotion until the Lord returns. Many ungodly and skeptics say, “When?” Signs of the times are everywhere, beginning with technology. “The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge,” as in Proverbs eighteen, verse fifteen. Forty years ago, contact electronically was by landline or phone booths. Today, whether young or old, everyone has their own communication device. Another sign of His return is how people treat each other. “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold,” as in Matthew twenty-four, verse twelve. People could look at each other and have some form of conflict without saying anything. There are incidents in society today where individuals are hurting others randomly without reason. Then you have neighbours who have issues with other neighbours, and there was no altercation to cause such a problem.
Family love has decayed nowadays as well. Now you have family members taking other members to court, where things should be resolved at home and not in a legal institution. Luke twelve, verse fifty-three, “The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
